- Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Standard Shipping
- KET Express Online Shopping offers free Shipping within Nairobi for goods worth KSH 10,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes, call +254115118171 for estimates for bulky goods. For goods bellow KSH 10,000 we charge a flat rate of KSH 350.
- For fragile and delicate products, we advise our client to have insurance on the product when on transit.
- Orders received before 15:00 hours will be discharged the same day while orders placed later than 15:00 hours will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders placed from outside of Nairobi will only be dispatched once full payment is received and confirmed.
- Orders that requires sourcing from distributors will be dispatched after 3 hours from the time of placing the order.

- While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
